About this range
Eco Friendly Printer prints trade show and event materials on recycled and PVC-free materials. We have printed for events at venues such as the Javits Center and the Miami Boat Show, from ID badges to banners and custom die-cut signage.
Most trade show orders take about two weeks. Orders are packed for shipping and sent from our locations in NY, NJ, FL, CO and the UK.

Many exhibitors also order handouts for the booth, such as business cards, brochures and pocket folders, printed on recycled paper in the same run of work.
Materials and eco choices
Our banners are PVC-free. We print them on PVC-free polyester, recycled PET fabric and biodegradable substrates instead of vinyl. The right material depends on whether the piece is used indoors or outdoors, how often it will travel and how long it needs to last. Reusable hardware, such as a retractable banner base, means only the graphic needs to be replaced when your message changes.
To get more shows out of each piece, keep dates and one-time offers off the large graphics and put them on smaller printed items instead. For tabletop and indoor signs, paper-based pieces such as easel-back prints can often be printed on recycled board and recycled after the event where paper recycling is available.
Planning and timing
Most trade show orders take about two weeks. Send us your show date when you request a quote so we can plan the schedule around it. If your booth uses several pieces, sending the full list at once lets us plan materials and shipping together, and it helps to confirm your booth size and any venue rules before artwork is final. Large graphics are best built at full size or to scale with high-resolution images, and our guide to print-ready files explains bleed, resolution and color settings. We will send a proof of each piece for your approval before anything is printed.
How quoting works
Send us the event date, the list of pieces you need and your artwork through our quote request form. We will confirm the materials and give you a price and a schedule based on your show date.
