Privacy Policy

Eco Friendly Printer is a trade name of Greg Barber Company Inc (“we”, “us”). We run this website to help people find out about our printing services and get in touch. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form or sample order, we collect what you type into it, typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of the job you want printed. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information. Please do not send us payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health information through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, quote and produce your print job, send you paper samples, keep records of work we have done for you, and improve the website. If you ask us to, we will also send you occasional email about printing. You can stop that at any time by replying and saying so.

Who else sees it

This site is built and hosted on Webflow, so form submissions pass through and are stored on Webflow’s systems before reaching us. We may also use website analytics to understand traffic patterns. Where a job requires it, we share the details necessary to produce and deliver your order with production partners and shipping carriers, nothing more than the job needs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Text messages

If you check the box on our quote request form agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, artwork, proofs, order status and delivery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also call (904) 567-4166 or email info@ecofriendlyprinter.com. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to make pages work correctly and, where analytics are enabled, to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may behave oddly if you do.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and job records are kept for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, form submissions and customer records are kept in password-protected systems, and access is limited to the people who need it to handle your job. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ecofriendlyprinter.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; tell us and we will honor them.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
