1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Eco Friendly Printer website (ecofriendlyprinter.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms of Service are between you and Greg Barber d/b/a Eco Friendly Printer, with offices in Northport, NY and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

2. Services

Eco Friendly Printer provides sustainable commercial printing services including but not limited to: business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, coasters, menus, packaging, invitations, books, and large-format printing. We also offer graphic design, print consultation, and mailing/fulfillment services.

All printing is performed using 100% recycled FSC-certified paper, soy-based inks, and non-toxic materials where specified. Product specifications and available options may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Artwork and Design Files

By submitting artwork, logos, or design files to Eco Friendly Printer, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use the submitted materials

  • The materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

  • The materials do not contain unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content

You grant Eco Friendly Printer a limited license to use your submitted materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print order. We may display printed samples of your work in our portfolio unless you instruct us otherwise.

5. Proofs and Approval

For certain orders, we provide digital proofs for your review and approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors including typos, color variations from screen display, and layout issues that were present in the approved proof.

Once a proof is approved and printing begins, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for errors present in approved proofs.

6. Turnaround Times and Shipping

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Eco Friendly Printer is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly produced orders. If your order contains a printing error caused by Eco Friendly Printer (not an error in your approved artwork), we will reprint the order at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Eco Friendly Printer website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Greg Barber d/b/a Eco Friendly Printer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

  • Conduct automated data collection, scraping, or mining without our written consent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Friendly Printer and Greg Barber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eco Friendly Printer and Greg Barber from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your submitted artwork or content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
