Biodegradable Banners

Most event banners are printed on PVC vinyl, which is difficult to recycle once the event is over. Eco Friendly Printer prints banners on biodegradable substrates and on fabrics made from recycled PET bottles. These materials hang well, take full-color printing and can be finished the same way as a standard banner.

Materials

We offer biodegradable banner substrates and recycled PET fabrics in indoor and outdoor grades. Tell us where the banner will hang and how long it needs to last, and we will recommend a material that suits the job. If you need the material specification for a venue or a sustainability report, ask for it with your quote.

Finishing and sizes

Banners are hemmed and grommeted, and pole pockets are available. Each banner is sized to your stand, frame or rigging, so include the dimensions or the hardware details with your request.

For roll-up stands, see retractable banners. For more banner materials and rigid signs, see signs and banners.

For complete booths and event signage, see printing for events and trade shows and our guide to eco friendly signage.

How ordering works

Send your artwork along with the size, the quantity and the date you need the banners. We will confirm the material, the finishing and a price. Most banner orders are ready in one to two weeks from artwork approval.

Common questions about biodegradable banners

Can a biodegradable banner be used outdoors?

Yes. We offer outdoor grades as well as indoor grades. Let us know if the banner will be exposed to weather so we can choose the right material.

What is a recycled PET banner?
