Custom Paper Coasters for Restaurants, Bars and Events

Eco Friendly Printer prints custom paper coasters with your logo, artwork or message for restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels and events. Coasters are printed on absorbent recycled pulpboard, and we print them in volume, from a single event run to an ongoing supply for a busy bar.

Sizes, shapes and stock

Coasters come in 3.5 and 4 inch rounds, 3.5 inch squares and custom die-cut shapes. We print on 40pt and 60pt recycled pulpboard and recycled chipboard, on one side or both.

Bar coasters in bulk

Restaurants and bars go through coasters quickly, so we print larger runs and can split one order across several designs, such as a seasonal drink, a happy hour and an upcoming event. Tell us roughly how many you use in a month and we will suggest a quantity, so you reorder less often without storing more than you need.

Why paper coasters

Uncoated pulpboard soaks up condensation, puts your branding on every table and can be composted after use. There is no plastic laminate or cork backing to separate, which keeps a disposable item as low impact as possible.

Is there a minimum order for custom coasters?

Minimums depend on the size and the number of designs. Tell us the quantity you need and we will tell you what works for that run.

Can coasters be printed on both sides?

Yes. Many bars print the logo on one side and a drink special, QR code or event on the other.

Can one order include several designs?

Yes. We can split a run across several designs, so you can rotate promotions without ordering each one separately.

Are paper coasters compostable?

Yes. Uncoated pulpboard coasters can be composted after use.

How long does a coaster order take?

Most coaster orders are ready in one to two weeks from artwork approval. Send your event date with your quote request so we can plan around it.
